While the apartments themselves are great and the community is located in a wonderful area and great schools. The management has declined significantly recently. Ever since the old manager left, the property has started to go downhill. She was the best manager we've had, and her absence is definitely felt. Currently, reaching the office is a "hit or miss" experience—getting someone to pick up the phone or being there during posted hours is inconsistent. At this point, email is your only reliable source of contact even that is meh. I hope they can bring back the level of customer service Eiren provided. Those are some big shoes to fill apparently. The new maintenance Supervisor Leon is awesome he does everything can’t wait till he hires his team so he not doing everything by himself.

Do not rent here. I scheduled an appointment today for a tour at 2:15 PM. I arrived at the property on time and the door was locked to the clubhouse/office. The sign said they would return at 2 PM. Then a female employee unlocked the door. She then said she canceled my tour for the day and I should’ve gotten a text. I showed her on my phone that my appointment was never canceled by text or email in fact the last text that I received showed that my appointment was confirmed for 215 today. . She then gave me the excuse that she hadn’t gotten to canceling my tour yet and that she had no time to show me an available unit. This was the last straw for me. Earlier in the week I had called on two separate occasions, four days apart and left voicemails each time and never got a return call either.

Excellent experience, the ladies that helped us with the application/move in process were wonderful. I can't speak highly enough of how professional and sweet they were. Took the time with all our questions, and helped me find a unit that worked for my needs. The price for the value was excellent. I was spending twice the price for a smaller unit in Edgewood that was built terribly. The unit I just moved into had new carpet, and new laminate hard wood, much larger 2 bed 2 bath, all new appliances including washer/dryer for a 3rd less than we were paying before. The location is excellent we are so close to everything. I work in Auburn and it's only a 10 minute drive if traffic is good! I was worried about parking since they don't have many assigned spots however, I never have issues finding

The office staff is amazing but residents not so much. Slamming doors cause extreme stress. Also, every summer there are wasp that are right above the stairs but can't get them to spray. Neighbors stand out front of people's windows on the sidewalk to smoke and talk loudly. Fireworks go off anytime but right in front of windows. People have Ptsd and other disabilities. Love this place except that.

Office staff and maintenance are wonderful, but lease requirements are not always enforced. Parking lot lights are not maintained so that at 5 PM it is unsafe to go out. Admin says they are not willing to pay the $1000 to repair.
