Copper Steppe

It’s a nice set of apartments with the washer and dryer inside the unit they do have a swimming pool. It is not heated and it is not salt water. They do have a play yard needs a little bit of fence repair but is very conveniently located. Looks like there’s plenty of parking for guests and the covered parking for the tenants. It’s not a whole lot of storage inside of the units but each one has a little porch and central air and heating they have a move-in special. You’d have to look on the website 10 out of 10 recommend taking a look there’s a park right on the other side as well within walking distance. They also have a gym for working out. We pay for electric and for Internet everything else is covered.

I lived at Cooper Steppe for years and recently moved back in, and I truly love living here. The application process was smooth and prompt thanks to the manager, Jennifer. She is incredibly professional, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about keeping the property well maintained and running smoothly. The office staff, including Mariyuh, are always so helpful and friendly. They consistently answer the phone and are quick to help with any questions or needs. It really makes a difference living somewhere with such a supportive and responsive team. I’m very happy to be back and highly recommend Cooper Steppe to anyone looking for a great place to live.

These apartments are great, the leasing manager Jennifer and the leasing ladies are so polite and very helpful. The property is very well kept, Tj is great. He comes as soon as we call for any maintenance issues and very respectful young man, He really cares about his community. Really recommend copper steppe apartments.

[--- I have lived at this apartment complex for 4.5 years as of the date of this review ---] Great maintenance staff... friendly, professional, and responsive. Newer management is improving overall experience, but there is still definitely some room for improvement in some areas (trash, no security cameras, evicting shitty residents). Purely speculation: but I assume the ownership (like most ownership of any complex or business these days) is being stingy with their staffing budget and has had a difficult time hiring and retaining quality staff. An obviously positive aspect being that it is one of the more affordable places to live in Parker or the greater Denver area! I have lived here for the past 8 years. Minus the neighborhood (people who don't live in the complex) throwing trash in our dumpsters, I don't have a whole lot of other complaints. Great staff, welcoming front office and walking distance to great parks for our son to play.
