Copper Ridge at Flowers Plantation by True Homes

The building experience with our True Homes Agents and builder team has been exceptional! I’m impressed with their thorough and responsive communication, and appreciate the builder personally calling me over by name when he saw me stop by the other day while checking on construction progress. He was able to give me a very detailed timeline with advanced notice to ensure my international client’s travel arrangements are scheduled accordingly as we near completion of the home! Can’t wait to cross the finish line again with this awesome building team!

While we did not move ahead with a build in this community , working with Hunter as the sales associate was an exceptional experience. He was well informed of many things about the floor plans, options, and community, answered *so many* of our questions over the course of several months, met with us personally on multiple occasions, and really went out of his way to help identify the perfect plan and lot for us — often responding on days off and outside normal working hours. He also connected us with Alex at Movement mortgage for a pre-approval who like Hunter, went out of her way to help us in the process. This easily would have been a 5 based on that experience alone but since we haven’t experienced the build process and outcome, leaving as a 4.

As a real estate professional, we see many types of builders…but then there is True Homes. They are EXCEPTIONAL from beginning to end!! The quality and customer satisfaction is beyond compare. I highly recommend! And yes, I believe in them so much, I have family there. Lauren and Celina are amazing! Flowers Plantation has so much to offer and so much more to come!

The people of True Homes for the Copper Ridge development have always been pleasant and responsive. The floor plans allow for lots of customizations, but the homes are not what some might consider a premium "custom home" like you might find in a golf community, etc. The final cost of the homes is not easy to understand up front as there are a two rounds of upgrades (structural and design center) that are not very transparent or accessible during the initial sale. Historically, homes with already spec'd upgrades have appeared to be a significantly better value than defining your own. This neighborhood has an extreme range of homes, some small <1500sf and very basic with minimum customizations or upgrades all the way up to 4,000sf and significant add-ons.
