I lived here 5 years and while it was a good experience at first, there became some major issues. We had several flooding issues due to pipe install errors that led to mold in the walls, ceiling, and beneath the floor finishes and carpet. Our dog was attacked by a neighbor's unleashed dog, and the apartment did not help us. The air filtration was not maintained. There are few ceiling lights, so be prepared to buy lights. The apartment also does not maintain their trees. They have large trees that have several dead branches and fall on cars when it is windy. Even if it is not storming they will claim any damage as an act of God instead of negligence.

I’ve been living at Copper Pointe Apartments for 8 years now and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The entire team here truly goes above and beyond for the residents. The maintenance staff, especially Jeff, Anthony, and Jason, are absolutely amazing. They’re prompt, hardworking, and take great pride in keeping the property and our apartments in excellent condition. Any time I’ve had a request, they’ve responded quickly and with a friendly attitude. The ladies in the office are just as wonderful. They’re always welcoming, helpful, and willing to answer any question or resolve any concern with professionalism and kindness. My boyfriend and I moved here in April 2025 and we’ve enjoyed it so far! We live on the second floor and we’ve only had 1 bug and I think it crawled out of the shower drain (it was in the bath tub) because we had the plug out. Our neighbors haven’t been noisy. Management and maintenance have been nice and attentive. The pool was pretty nice in the summer and we love the pickleball courts! We feel relatively safe here as well. As with any apartment complex, I think your living experience can sometimes depend on the unit you get when it comes to bugs and neighbors, but I would say we’ve been lucky so far and will live here for awhile if things continue to be good!

I have enjoyed living here so far. The units are nice and spacious. The management is friendly and any issues are resolved promptly by the maintenance team. When we moved in we had an issue with the shower and it was fixed early the next business day. We also had a few bugs that came in while the unit was being cleaned and management notified us about the issue before moving in and had professional pest control come right away. The only thing that I dislike about the complex is that many of the other residents do not pick up after their dogs.

I've lived at this apartment complex in the same unit for six years. I have felt safe here and have no complaints or bad experiences. What I want to say is the maintenance staff have been extremely helpful coming to fix issues promptly after putting in a maintenance request, and had a good experience with the after hours staff. He was very nice with a great attitude and polite manner. I feel my overall experience has been good other than the noise from neighbors and barking dogs. I would recommend Copperpointe to others. It's in a good location close to restaurants and shopping.
