Cooper's Place Apartments

I have been living in this society for the past year, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The surroundings are beautiful, with well-maintained walking pavements that make evening strolls a delight. The community offers excellent amenities, including a swimming pool that is open during the summer months, and a well-equipped gym for residents to stay active year-round. Convenience is another highlight—ShopRite grocery store is just a short walk away, and there's ample parking available for both residents and guests. Moreover it got the Amazon locker service which provide secured Amazon parcel deliver and mail box is very accessible. The Coopers office staff are friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist. I love being part of this community. I've always felt welcomed and supported. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Every time I go to the office, they serve me quickly and resolve any issue as quickly as possible. They show interest in the problem. I have no complaints about them; they're a very good team. My neighbors are respectful and make the atmosphere warm and very pleasant. It's a place I always recommend to my friends because I feel completely safe for myself and my children. And compared to other apartments, they have the best prices here. I'm very grateful for everything they do to make our life in such a special place. Thank you.

Just adding in pictures from the snow storm of 2026 and the maintenance staff having blocked my car again with snow. Update from summer 2025: Just ask to see your exact unit before you sign. There are some problems but there are many perks to living here. This is the first property manager to actually be hands on so give her cookies and a raise. Had to edit out older bits for character limits. Update Early summer 2022: Nothing has gotten better but we all know the economy so that's why we stay. It's too expensive to move but at least we don't have the bug and mouse problem others have. I give this review hoping that I will be able to update it later to something more positive. I’ve been here for 8 years I like it especially in the summertime. I just wish Jason still was or our maintenance team here at Cooper’s Place because he used to make cooper’s Place look so immaculate. My daughter love it, It’s really good for children were like one big family🫶🏽

Review 2; post dues settelmemt Revised my rating to ** after loosing my deposit money of one month rent. Management didn't returned my deposit and adjusted 1329 dollars towards renovation and reletting fee which is quite a big amount. The flat was handed back in the same condition that it was taken,still the management decided to retain and adjust the deposit with the aforesaid reason after I had to move out to other state for job. Better get such things cleared before signing lease with them.
