The services provided by Contra Loma Estates Homeowners Association are highly disappointing. They seem more focused on raising HOA fees than delivering quality results. Routine tasks are frequently delayed, and their lack of attention to essential maintenance is incredibly frustrating. The rising costs are unjustifiable, as there are no noticeable improvements in the community. Additionally, their service attitude and efficiency are extremely poor. I hope they take serious steps to improve their performance, transparency, and responsiveness. Out-sourcing Security has no ability to remove the parking on other premise and others has to pay for the fees.

The HOA seems far more focused on increasing fees than on actually providing the quality service that residents deserve. Trash has not been picked up for 2 weeks now, it's creating a bad smell and I've already seen roaches. I'm contacting The City Of Antioch on these.

Garbage has play that makes you pay HOA fees and it’s not HOA guidelines

Its okay. People move in and out all the time rent is crazy going up. Has a pool and laundry unit that steals your money.
