Management is very friendly, thorough and this thing is done on a timely matter, the apartment itself is on the smaller side, but each apartment has its own potential on what you make of it. Area is pretty chill mainly hotel across the street with a big parking lot and a couple other apartments on the same street, and then a car dealership on the corner Pretty convenient area. It’s on Wisconsin and right by the rave. Rent and utilities are decently priced as well

New management is very friendly and good with communication, they get things done at a timely manner. Rent price and utilities included so pretty affordable for the area and the size of the apartment, only downside you do have to pay for parking if you have a vehicle and apartment building is on the smaller side.
