Consensus Real Estate Services have been a great property management company. I stay at one of their properties in downtown Lynchburg on Commerce St. I have had no issues with the property. If I needed anything done with the apartment, it was attended to right away. Very friendly staff! The downtown location is great. Lots of restaurants, a farmer's market, shops, art gallery, and shows. If you like nature and walking/jogging/running, there are 2 trails all walking distance. Black Water Creek and Percival park. The building is old, but the apartment has brick and wood floors throughout; 2 stack washer/dryer; some storage. For the most part, it is quiet inside.
