Conifer Creek

I lived here for 3 years and it was an overall great place to call home. I moved from out of state and Zumiko was so amazing and helpful every step of the way. Over the 3 years Zumiko and Jasmine were such wonderful and pleasant to deal with whenever I needed any maintenance or had any sort of issues. All repairs were done in a timely manner. The maintenance crew Joe and Lee were awesome! Very respectful of my residence and myself. They keep the property very clean and get the walkways cleared very early whenever it snows. I would definitely recommend moving in here! If I hadn't moved into a house I would have stayed longer.

This is my 2nd (updated) review for Conifer Creek (please scroll through the reviews to see my 1st). I still give Conifer Creek a solid 5 stars! This apartment complex has all of the amenities that I want - within close walking distance to 2 public transit lines, large balcony, fireplace, storage unit, W/D in each unit and garage (for an additional and reasonable monthly fee). There are also 2 pools and a newly renovated main office/club house with cable TV. The buildings are close to a walking/bike trail, schools and near a lot of shops and restaurants. With Mrs. Carmichael at the helm, the Property Managers, Assistant Managers, Maintenance Supervisors and Maintenance Staff are all top notch! Whenever I've had an issue, they've always been professional, patient and pleasant to work with.

Our garage doesn’t work, our mail boxes have been broken into and no one knows where ANY of my mail is along with several missing packages, and our parking lot is a death trap, it’s seriously just a solid sheet of ice, and no one is helpful at all. No one cares. Missing packages? Not their problem. Garage won’t close and your car got smashed into? Also not their problem. Slip and slide on the ice to get to said garage? Well, you better be careful because that’s on you. This place does not care about their tenants.

Just moved in at the beginning of this month, so I'll write a review of the experience so far and update as needed. First off, Angelica is the only one in the office worth working with. she did my tour and my move in and was great. There were a few minor issues, and everyone else in the office was pretty much useless. They would make me stand around and wait to be helped by her if she was busy even as they were sitting there doing nothing. Move in was fine, there were some small damages in the apartment, nothing too major. Again, maintenance seems to be useless. We had our light above our front door on the outside burn out, which makes coming home at night dangerous, as well as the lock on our door was not secure and both patio door handles were loose and about to fall off. Not worth a dime paid. First negative review I've ever written. Chronologically: We were nearly financially penalized for requesting a different condo at move in because the one we were presented with had not been cleaned and was not in a livable state. We still ended up moving in to a (different) slightly less filthy condo (think dog poop caked on the patio), equipped with wasps and mold. We then enjoyed absolute neglect by maintenance. We didn't have a functional dryer for four months nor AC for two (in July/August, with a newborn). We witnessed other people begging for a functional refrigerator after weeks without one.
