Concord Square Apartments

this review is based off of 2016-2017…. my brother lived here with his daughter & baby mama/girlfriend at the time. i stayed with them a lot & my opinion was good. it was decent, spacious, rent was cheap, neighbors were noisy but that’s to be expected living under someone else. nice dining room & living room size. bedrooms were alright too. lawn care was decent as well! i’ve seen people say there’s bugs etc. we didn’t see any or have any problems. keep your apartment clean and you shouldn’t have any issues. if you do, most likely from neighbors. get bug traps/spray & let them know asap so it doesn’t become an infestation.

This apartment complex could use some real managing and work. Bed bugs, roaches,etc everywhere you go that’s disgusting not to mention huge health violation. The management says there’s nothing they can do about the bugs & no matter what…they’ll still be here!!! Which is disgusting! They don’t fix anything. The laundry unit doesn’t actually work unless you only want to wash 4 items for $1.75 each time!

Do not I repeat do not rent from these people. The owner is a no-show and is non-existent all the time and let's a drunk handle all of the business in the management department. And every building is crawling with bed bugs and roaches. There's a lot of thievery going on because they just rent to anybody I've even found needles and the hallways and the manager will refuse to do anything about it she is so afraid of retaliation so if you value your life, your children, and your valuables you will not move to these apartments.

The landlord is slumlord anyone thats going over these reviews debating on living here thinking that all the reviews are just old and not valid well every single one of them is the truth unless you're about to be homeless with nowhere to go I would not recommend living here I have swarms of cockroaches in the bathroom in the kitchen and nothing will get rid of them you have kids that run around throwing stuff at people's windows trying to break in stealing stuff from Cars the landlord and the parents will do absolutely nothing about it the maintenance man will literally show up drunk if he shows up at all I had to wait about 3 months to fix a hole in the bathroom from a leak.I've seen some slumlord apartments but this one is most definitely the worst I've ever been to this is not a place y

Haven't lived here but I know a couple people who do. They haven't said anything that's awful about this place its cheaper and that's a plus today
