My husband gets frequent calls for maintenance for this complex. He has had his number for 6 months and they’ve not updated it. If you’ve needed maintenance of any type I’m sorry he doesn’t know anything about apartment maintenance. Water leaks? Sorry he doesn’t know. Best wishes to yall.

This place does not deserve a star rating at all. We currently reside here. Our a/c unit went out at about 9 pm Saturday night. I called the on call maintenance attendant who said that if we can’t fix tonight then we can install a window unit. This never happened hours went by and there was no follow up call. I proceeded to call the after hours maintenance line once again when the attendant answered he sound as if he was drunk. There was lack of concern, no sense of urgency after I told him that I had an asthmatic son and that I would call his doctor and that his doctor would not be happy knowing that my son would be getting sick due to their negligence. His reply was and I quote do what you need to do. I was immediately infuriated by the lack of communication and the lack of response..

Maintence man antwain went above and beyond to ensure my special needs child safety he fixed all issues in a timely manner and was very professional

I’ve lived here for 5 years and I have never seen anything so bad in my entire lifetime and I’m so happy to be able to move soon. I’ve been trying to have my sink replaced for over a two weeks and it’s not fixed yet. My smoke detector has been needing replaced battery for about two years and it Surfing constantly throughout the day and night it is very annoying. I’ve mentioned it several times. We also have advertised with the apartment online and the pamphlet and the kids hadn’t been able to swim in the pool for over two years. The The toilet needs to be replaced. At least it’s not stable. If you put a ball on the top of the toilet bowl it will roll off it’s not level. I’ve reported this and I was told when I moved out all the repairs will be fixed. Ive lived here for 4 years, the management changes often so its terribly unorganized. This year my rent went up 300.00! They said it needs to match the market. Well this place is nowhere near market value. On their website the offer a sparkling pool, pool hasnt been open in 3 years and looks like a swamp pit. So far my dishwasher has been replaced twice, my ceiling is cracked, only half my kitchen outlets work, they rarely pay the trash bill so that piles up everwhere. Once there was dead cats by the trash bin and they did nothing about it. The sewer lines are backed up and flood all the buildings multiple times destroying your furniture and they wont pay for it. Nothing gets fix because they ran the maintenance man into the ground so he quit. The owners are rude and unprofessional. Do y
