Concord Manor Apartments

Multiple friends and family lived out here. Maintenance trash. Black mold in multiple apartments in bathroom spreading to bedroom. Say they will fix but came and paint over it. Building manager rude and argues over phone about things they need to fix but tell you to fix them. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER. RATHER BE AT SALVATION ARMY Ma'am I don't have to live there to see what's going on. Like I said I know multiple people that live or have lived there that has had problems with your apartmentcomplex. And if I'm just visiting and seeing all these problems that aren't getting help, don't you think that's a serious problem. You can report this all you want. I'm going to post another review with the same info. Fix the real problem and stop blaming others. Thank you have a nice day🤦🏽‍♂️🙏🏽😂

My experience was insanely horrible! I can believe how unprofessional they are. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! You will hate your stay and more that likely break your lease just so you won’t have to deal with these people. ZERO STARS! Trash apartment with trash management.

They let people stay there that’s not in they least my sister had called and the women gonna lie and say yes he is on the least and no he is not and then gonna ask me what’s the problem I said u the problem u don’t know how to run ur apartment complex that’s the problem

They are nice and clean every time I have visited

Management is trash just like the apartment!!
