Good luck getting a call back. You might be lucky if you get an email response back like a whole month or so later 🤣 ... It's honestly VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! you call & call & call , leave voicemail after voicemail (WHICH INCLUDE YOUR CALL BACK NUMBER!!!) but yet , no calls are returned..... why even say on your voicemail that "your call will be returned as soon as possible... Blah blah blah." Stop giving false hope and cooperate!!! Especially for those of us that COMPLY WITH EVERYTHING Y'ALL ASK and then get mad when things are not done FAST ENOUGH due to having to WAIT ON Y'ALL!!!! 🙄😡😡 UGH!!! 💯👌🏽

Arlene Thompson accepted my voucher porting from MD to NC, I found a place on time and was compliant with everything, but Ms. Arlene Thompson kept brushing me off. She lied saying the apartment complex denied voucher in July(FALSE )when they approved me in May we were waiting on her and inspector for 2 months, knowing my voucher had a time limit 6/24/22. Then she claims she has Never heard of me or had my case when asked by another agency. While my 12 years old daughter and I lost our voucher and are still homeless. No one will help us get voucher back. She is a FRAUD. I give it 0 stars had to put 1 to tell my situation with this woman.

You can never reach your worker or the manager, it's always the voicemail when the matter is important. No point in leaving messages because you you don't hear from them for weeks. I couldn't even leave a message on the worker voicemail, because it was full. This is so unprofessional. Their actions could be your risk of lease termination because they don't follow up on anything. I called for weeks about an income change & the receptionist didn't have the knowledge of telling me what to do. You do the paperwork & still don't hear from anyone.

Angela Simmons is awesome and amazing! She is very knowledgeable and kept me in informed of the entire process. We need more compassionate people like her!!!!

Wow its crazy that the reviews popped up because the very same lady has not returned my call for weeks and her voicemail says dont keep calling cause that will not get you a quicker response smh very unprofessional I guess ill try to take my voucher somewhere else. This is very disheartening The whole agency should be fired
