Concord Chase Apartments

I've been living here for 8 years. The building I live in is quiet and no kids. I'm near the rental office and mailboxes. Very convenient to stores and community events. Currently we have a wonderful property manager and office manager. The maintenance man is above top notch! Not thrilled with the management company at all. That is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. If it was for the staff at complex they are 5 stars!

If i could give it no stars i would. DONT MOVE HERE!! Its full of mold and outdated and they still are gonna bring up your rent. I moved out in September because the apartment was killing me, i had migraines everyday, constantly sick i complained to the office for months because my fridge was full of mold!!! And it took them months to replace it. After countless hospital visits i broke my lease and was told id be receiving the full deposit back considering i left the apartment better than i received it. They hired a new property manager that doesn’t answer phone calls voicemails or emals and now 4 months later is going back on what i was told by corporate and the onsite team and refusing to give me my deposit back. Honestly i should have reported this place to the state for it conditions!

The most prices online doesn’t match when you go to the facility. Called on several different occasions left voicemail and no one reached back out. False advertisement. Then I went up there she says she has 3 applications for one unit. Says price listed online is for a promotional deal that is no longer available and not for section 8 vouchers. None of that information is listed on any of the apartment listings on all platforms. One price is listed online to up there it’s $300/400 difference. Then say well you can put application in and be put on waiting list. Now why on earth would I do that if you just told me you already have three applicants for that one unit.

If I could give a zero I would. Mold infested, refuse to address. Telling me to turn my fan on in the bathroom when taking a shower. Lived there 16 years. Carpet wasn't new when I moved in, never replaced. Never painted. Mold in both bedrooms, bathroom.Moved out, haven't received my deposit. I have proof of paperwork that has been altered. Contacted owners with proof, still getting a run around

Mitzy is so sweet and kind, will do whatever she can to help you. Jose is a great maintenance man, very kind also. That is the only positive thing I can say. Apartments are dirty and run down. Holes in wall, they paint over rust and areas that need repaired. It's income restricted, but you still pay $1300 for rent. Tenants are very rude, loud, cursing, do not speak to you. Children run around through the breezeways yelling, play football in the parking lot around vehicles, ask you to take out your trash for money. Only one maintenance man, they can't keep more than that, they always quit. People who ARE NOT handicap park in handicap parking and the complex does absolutely nothing about it. People or kids mess with other people's vehicles. Breezeway stays dirty with trash, cigarette butts
