Concord Apartments

My husband and I lived here for about 2 years, back in 2017. It was quiet in the evenings and really all the time. The only time I remember hearing neighbors was when they went up or down the stairs. Kids play in the parking lot which was fine. There's a little plot that you can garden in if you like to garden. They take care of mowing. The kitchen was a tad outdated but overall nice. There is a huge pantry! I loved having the half bath downstairs as well. To cover up under the sink I put a tension rod with cloth so we could store things without being seen. Can't speak for the management now since I found out they changed hands. However when we were there they were awesome.

Updated Review: Since changing Landlords (RPM) the complex is slowly falling apart. The landscaping is far and few. Previous landlord would have a company out putting salt for the winter weather, maintaining the property, and consistently checking in with residents to ensure they're having a good experience. Some residents were out there shoveling the snow and putting out ice melt. You have to consistently follow up with the leasing office in order to have your maintenance requests or questions scheduled or answered. None of the fees applied to the rent payment makes sense. The lack or urgency or understanding is disappointing and I've seen more long term residents express their frustrations or unfortunately plan on moving out soon. it seems like they're trying to run out long term residen
