I was closing escrow on a home and was supposed to meet the realtor at the homep to exchange keys. The realtor disappeared. I called his phone. I emailed him and phoned the Sacramento office . NOTHING! After contacting the seller, we met and exchanged keys. To this day, I have never heard back from the realtor.

If you could give a negative rating, this person would qualify. Tried to purchase a home listed by Compass Realty Team, Scott Olson Realtor. I could not get a call back on the number listed so I called the emergency contact number and was finally able to reach him (although he did not have time to really talk). Scott did so many things that were unethical through out the process of trying to purchase a house. I am surprised he is still in business.

They suck pretty bad apparently.

The worst
