As a seller (not employing the services of Compass), I feel it is important to warn the public of their business practices that effects others in the real estate community and you as a buyer or seller. From specific experiences with the agents in this company as buyer’s agents, they do not do their homework for their customers and will bring them through a listing that does not meet their buyer’s specifications therefore wasting both the buyer and seller’s time. It was my experience that the buyer’s agent had no knowledge of the property or the community.
