Compass Pointe Apartments

I moved into Compass Pointe Apartments in January 2026. Lori helped me through all the paperwork processes. Lori, Kathleen, and Angela are great and very helpful. Anything that requires attention is handled immediately without any push back. There are some fees included in the lease that I don't agree with that the company won't waive or find alternatives to but overall it has been a good experience.

I am new to the Compass Pointe community (moved in 10 days ago) but so far I love it. The women in the office are stellar and super helpful, special thanks to Lori, Kathleen and Angela for all their help! The unit I moved into was spotless and in great shape upon arrival, move in was smooth, amenities are very nice and the area is loaded with really good restaurants. There seem to be plenty of other things to explore as well. I believe I have found a very happy place to call home. Nice and quiet as well aside from the occasional train horn but its not often and not much compared to everything this place has to offer. Let me put it this way, if I had it to do over again I would still choose Compass Pointe. If you move here look for the tall bald guy and say hello! My name's James ;)

This location is fabulous and very accommodating. Management is very pleasant to work with and the maintenance staff is very responsive to the tenants needs. I have been in Indiana for a little over a year and I wish I would of known about Compass Pointe when I relocated here from Florida last year. I can`t say enough on how charming and relaxing this community is. The exterior facilities are always maintained to the highest caliber. I also noticed there are many interactive activities for all ages and not to mention in proximity to the best schools. One of my favorites is the reclining outside patio chairs, the high tables with the bar-b-q grills, the night lighting and the charming views of the lake. So far, as a new tenant, I have overall had a great experience at Compass Pointe. My leasing specialist Lorita Green has gone above & beyond to make the process smooth & make me feel welcome. Not only did she walk me through every step of the way herself & make sure everything was perfect walking into my new space, she took the time to double check everything was as clean as if it was her own. This is my first apartment & I'm grateful for her patience. I'm excited to get settled, thank you!

My husband and I recently moved into Compass Pointe Apartments. We have been pleasantly pleased with how well it is managed and how promptly they take care of those things that unexpectedly go awry. We highly recommend it as a wonderful place to live in Valparaiso. Update: I recently needed maintenance to take care of an issue with my refrigerator. Bob took care of it immediately and did an excellent job. I appreciate how well Compass Pointe responds to any problems I have. Update: I am so appreciative of the wonderful pools that Compass Pointe and Windridge Village provide for their residents. The management has kept them open for the majority of the month of September which has been wonderful with this warm weather we had experienced.
