They were also very respectful of our privacy which we value, being quiet tenants. The online portal is easy to navigate and a convenient way to pay rent or submit maintenance requests. We rented a property from LLW Properties for a period of 10 years and were very happy with the service they provided during that period. Every time there was something wrong with the house or there was a need for any repair, we would received a call back within 24 hours (most of the times within a few hours) letting us know when somebody was coming to fix the problem or repair. Even after the owner decided to sell the property and even though we were only the "tenants", they help us and gave us support and advice during the transition and move to our new rental even though it was not one of the properties they managed.
