I cannot get this company to stop sending me emails for a community that I do not live in, and their system does not allow for me to unsubscribe.

I paid 300 dollars for my documents for my refinance and they didn't fill them out correctly. My lender had to chase them for the information for two extra weeks and I had to have an extension. When asked for a refund since I paid express for it to be done on before my deadline they refused claiming it was done correctly. My lender and I both saw on the documents that it says "see comments" and the comments say "cannot be given to lender". Why did I pay 300 dollars for paperwork with nothing of use? I am going to the better business because they refuse to refund me. I paid extra on my loan because of them and there was no recourse. We pay nearly 160 for both hoa and they take care of nothing in a timely manner. We called them every single day for a week straight.

My entire life is currently sitting in a moving truck and here’s why: After TWO WEEKS of two realtors, an owner and buyer, and two real estate firm’s assistants all calling this company for a simple form for closing we FINALLY got them to respond. Here’s the catch though. They were so unresponsive I am now homeless for days until we can get a new closing date. Now imagine you have any issue you need your HOA for? Here the cricket sounds? Yeah, me too. I lived here for 9 years. Always paid my dues on time and the only time I needed this company to do anything in return and they were missing in action (they were a pain to deal with buying my property as well). Beware folks. Avoid at all possible costs.

Worst property management company in the area. They have the dumbest staff, if you have a choice select a different property management company.

CAS does not care about the people that live in their communities. Avoid at all costs.
