Colony Square Apartments

I recently moved away, but I had to take a moment to leave a review because Miss Amber and Mr. Robert truly made my time there unforgettable. Miss Amber, the property manager, was always so helpful, professional, and kind—she made the entire leasing process a breeze and was always there when I needed anything. Mr. Robert, the maintenance man, was just as amazing. He was always quick to respond, friendly, and took care of any issues with care and efficiency. I really appreciated both of them during my 3 years there. They made it feel like home, and I’m so grateful for their outstanding service. I’ll definitely miss them!

I love living at Colony Square. Amber and Robert are always on top of things. When I have a maintenance issue ( and it’s not often) the issue is addressed immediately. Robert is very respectful, and always completes the job in a timely manner. Amber is very sweet, helpful, and the two make a great team! The price of rent is very affordable, and well worth the amount I pay every month. This is the 3rd complex I have lived in Dothan. By far the best!

Over the 2+ years I’ve lived here, the quality has gone down drastically! The plumbing sucks, at least twice a month I have no water, and there is no notice beforehand. My air conditioner barely functions and when I report issues after hours I’m forced to wait until it’s convenient for them to deal with it. My rent has gone up significantly while the quality of this place and the neighborhood have gone completely downhill. Gross gross gross. Absolutely disgusting how they treat the quality of life here.

Lived here off & on for 23+ years and I keep coming back. Raised my kids here... The apartments have aged a lot, water can be cut off at any time with/out notice. A lot more mischief than before due to viability & the sidewalk addition, lighting is horrible, the appliances are 20+ yrs old & don't work. Can't enjoy the pool bc, you have to have a "Pool Pass" to use it and you can't have guest. Again, the staff are Great! Mrs. Amber, Robert and the young man who helps Robert... yet things have gone downhill and prices increase! Still the most affordable place in town for us that's lower income and don't qualify for HUD. It's quiet and peaceful here, still relatively safe and a good side of town. Shopping & restaurants nearby...

My Grandkids & I have a good time at the little playground that they have every time I go to visit them!
