Colony On Montgomery

I called in search for an apartment and the lady was extremely rude. The office hours had the open for today. There are ways you can talk to people.

The Colony has the best staff. Highly recommend.

The plus side is that the rent was highly affordable. I was able to make the best of living here. But you get what you pay for. There are deep holes and cracks on the ground everywhere...at the entrance of the apartment and in front of some of the parking spots, so you cannot avoid driving into the hole. When I first moved in, after a week, a roach infestation started, and I am very careful about cleanliness. The office said they don't offer bug spraying services, which I unfortunately neglected to notice on the lease...I didn't even think to look for that on the lease, because I have never lived in an apartment that didnt spray for bugs. So, I spend about $125 every few months to get an outside extermination company to help. If there is a maintenance issue, they will go back and forth
