Colony House Apartments

They never fix anything. Rodents, roaches, and dog poop everywhere. They tow cars of tenants after being parked for 1 hr but yet have their own cars illegally parked for months without any problems. The office is never open and they like to give you random charges of things you allegedly did that the have on Camara. Don't move here.

If you're considering moving here don't. The building is a dump. The elevator is always broken, the building has black mold everywhere, and management is a joke.

Affordable and perfect size for a couple of any age, or even a family of 3 .

The rent may be cheap but once you notice the poor quality of maintenance.
