Colonial Village Manassas

I have been a resident here for almost four years. The property manager has been consistent and very accommodating. I’m grateful we have some people plowing our parking lot after all the snow and ice we had on Sunday. I’m pleased with my residence!

I have lived here back in 2010 with my parents. My Father died here and my Mom moved to Alexandria. I moved back here in 2021 and have loved it even more seeing as now I have a little boy and a little girl. This place is perfect 👌🏿.

I lived here from March 2021 until March 2022. I never had any problems while living here except for the toilet handle needing replacing, which was done about an hour after placing the work order. Never saw a bug or spider either. The people who clean the hallways and laundry rooms keep it very clean and the lawn is always cut in the summer. And the assistant manager Keisha is nothing short of amazing! She helped me with any questions when I was moving in. And when I needed a parking pass or anything she handled it right away. She is an asset to Colonial Village and hope she gets some recognition for her hard work! Thank you!

We moved into this apartment complex in September so far things have been great! The location is great. The apartment complex is safe and no one bothers you. We were also very pleased with how fast the office and maintenance man responded to an issue with our kitchen sink.
