Colonial Village Apartments

I typically do not write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I recently visited my leasing office to discuss my lease renewal, and during my visit, I was informed about a review that was attributed to me, which I did not write. This review originated from a fraudulent account, and I want to clarify that this is my authentic account. I am quite taken aback by the unkindness of fabricating untrue statements, seemingly out of animosity. I have a suspicion regarding the individual responsible, as I generally maintain positive relationships with everyone. I consider myself to be a fair and kind individual, a sentiment I believe many would corroborate. First and foremost, I want acknowledge that the maintenance staff are phenomenal and very responsive. The office staff are very pleasant as well. However, it is very aggravating that since September there have been 38 times that I’ve come home from work, gym, or just in general, that there has been no hot water for a shower, laundry, or dishwasher. The maintenance staff always responds timely but even they are frustrated as it’s just constant. It really sucks taking a cold shower in general but even more frustrating when the heat isn’t working and it’s winter and cold. Quit just resetting the boiler that is outdated and inefficient and replace it. You’d think there would be a discount or rebate for the consistent heating and hot water issues but no, just an increase in rent. What is it goi

Great apartments and good spaces around. They maintain the property and surroundings well. Very prompt at responding to maintenance requests. BUT there’s a towing problem here. Dan’s towing, Manchester patrols the lots and tends to tow cars without reasonable cause. Several people in the apartment neighborhood have mentioned this. Some have brought this forward to the leasing office. But they do not seem to care about the issue caused by this towing company. This towing company has a history of towing cars from lots without reasonable cause according to their Google, yelp and Reddit reviews. You can factor in a 30% chance of your car getting towed at some point during your time at colonial and the associated cost, possible damages to car as a result of towing and the hassle of getting ther

Thank you for the greatest rental I have ever had! The leasing office staff are all extremely kind and thankful for their kindness. My building is quiet, clean, and comfortable to live in. I have nothing but great things to say about Colonial Village. Any concern I’ve ever had, they promptly get back to me & don’t make me feel bad in any way for them. They are friendly and professional. My apartment was immaculate within move in and every maintenance request was met. Thankful to have a place I can call home and feel safe here. Thank you!

I loved living here. It’s been a while since I’ve lived at CV but they really do take care of their tenants. I felt at home, safe, and it was quiet. Lamar was my favorite agent working at the office. I appreciate the entire staff!
