Doesn’t need to be open they have people living in apartments with no lights and then nobody wants to take accountability for their actions. If we give you our personal information it is your job to make sure that our personal information does not get out. You are the rental office why are you allowing people to come and break into the office and steal paperwork? Why are you allowing people that have families and children to sleep in homes with no lights? How do you sleep at night knowing that people are sleeping in the dark?

Horrible place to live!! This place does NOTHING!! This place has mold problems, snake problems, and when you try to submit a maintenance request, they NEVER fix the problem!!! The staff constantly changing, no one is EVER in the office, and they NEVER answer the phone! My unit got messed up and I signed a lease for a new unit and never moved into it. When my unit was messed up I was out of my house for a while and maintenance left my home unlocked and my belongings were stolen , then when I moved out they charged me for everything that was damaged when maintenance left my home unlocked ! 0/10 HORRIBLE experience ! DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!! EVER!!!!!!!!

After taking 3 months to fix my heat. Here we are yet again. My ac isn't working. I called 3 weeks ago. One of my rooms has a light out so my daughter can't even go in her room. I was just told they have 24 hours to complete the work order. They have alot going on, but yet The maintenance man is outside walking around picking up trash. That's definitely not more important than the issues inside these apartments. There is no excuse for this what so ever. If they want people to pay rent on time they should fix the issues we are having. Only giving one start because I don't have a choice

Almost everything you read about these apartments as to the amenities are not true. They were put on here by the complex in order to get people to move in here. The pool has never been opened, the gate to the community is broken. It has been broken many times and has not been fixed in forever. The YMCA building is not open for use and the fitness center has never been open. The office manager is rude most of the time. They lock the door when they don't want you in. The garbage is not collected on a regular basis and we have no lawn service. Snakes have been reported on the property. The fences around the air conditioning units are broken by the kids and windows are boarded up due to being broken. We also do not have 24 hour maintenance service.
