Colonial Place Apartments

Staff is accommodating unless you get on the office manager's bad side. They office is also closed ALOT (unless it is rent time) The saving grace is the complex has a web page and maintenance request and complaints can be filed there. Cheapest apt in the area. It is a predominantly Spanish neighborhood but no one is obnoxious and the music goes of at a respectable hour. My only issues are that the apartments are a little drafty and the parking is horrid. Been here 4 years and it served it's purpose.

Terrible customer service, the secretary or manager is arrogant. I went to the office to make automatic payments and it did not help me with anything or solve anything. The apartments are good for the price, but with the attitude of the secretariat, I do not recommend them.

Application form was altered after submission by staff without main applicant's knowledge. Application allows for non-resident tenant but agreement does not and so wasted applicant's time for type of rental situation that was needed.
