Ryan did an excellent job with tearing up the bathroom floor and putting the new bathroom floor, He also did an excellent job with putting back the sink and toilet, He also did an excellent job with the bathtub. I didn't get a chance to thank him for putting up the shower curtain . Ryan has gone above an beyond for us and was always helpful to us whenever e needed help. We've been here for almost 10 years and we have no intentions of leaving this place and we have signed a new lease for 2026. Thank you Ryan and the Staff at Colonial Gardens.

I am currently living in Colonial Garden Apartments, where the environment and overall living expenses are excellent. In terms of cost, it is a better option compared to other apartments in Newark.

I moved in a day early and was charged $68. The paint job in every room was terrible, and the annoying alarm system was a constant nuisance. There was only one maintenance guy, Ryan, who actually did his job. There was always something leaking, and the office is usually radio silent or late to respond, but you better believe that if the office wants to charge $1,000 for cats you don’t have residing in your place, they’re quick to email. Really picky about income and else if they find out you’re a student. Which is funny considering the apartments aren’t worth but a hole in the wall. The same apartment I wasn’t even able to tour or even look at until the day of move in. It cost $1,100 for a dud in an area where you can hear either McDonald’s orders being taken, neighbors drying their clothe

Ryan did an amazing job repairing our bathroom. He was kind, professional, and paid attention to every detail. Everything was done perfectly and efficiently. We’re happy with the results and appreciate how helpful he was throughout the process.

As a grad student, I have appreciated living at Colonial Gardens the past two years. Nice office staff, quiet neighbors, convenient location, well-maintained courtyard -- 10/10
