Colonial Crest Apartments

The maintenance team and property manager have failed the residents. During the recent cold and snowstorm, Building 28 has been without hot water for six days, and other buildings are now reportedly affected as well. Multiple attempted repairs have not resolved the issue. With over 20 years of property management experience, I know water heaters can be replaced quickly. Weather conditions are not an acceptable excuse for denying residents basic living necessities. Formal complaints have been made to the Delaware County Building Commissioner and Health Department.

I enjoy my walk back to my apartment along side the tree lining. Every night I fall asleep to what sounds like an audio nature playback, crickets and so much nature here. The pond and nature trail in back is so pretty to walk. I would say a very peaceful and safe residential complex.

mgmt is very helpful, had a small hiccup with my rent (paid $5 less). love my apartment and the space around the complex -kyliee

I’ve been in this complex since February 2023 and i’m loving the place. It’s quiet and the people are friendly. What i love the most is the different plants/trees around the place. It’s a home away from home!
