We have 2 homes rented and managed by Exit. They are great to work with. They take care of the day-to-day things and put the rent money in our bank account. When issues arise, Kim is prompt at notifying us and seeking our input on how we with to proceeded. We really appreciate the coaching and suggestions from the team at Exit. We really benefit from their years of experience. They are good at the bad-cop thing when renter issues arise, but they are quick to advise us when our renters need a bit of compassion and are due some latitude.

I rented with Exit Realty for a six-month residential lease that ended in October 2012. We paid the rent ON TIME EVERY MONTH. We left a few items of garbage in the carport (a bag or two) prior to leaving. I maintained the lawn and gardening of the property during the entire duration there (per lease agreement). We extensively cleaned the apartment, dusting, mopping and so forth. How can you tell me after two professionals that are sticklers for cleanliness that we forfeited nearly an entire $1275 deposit due to "cleaning fees" and "parts replacement?" - charges of 300 to 600 dollars utilized for property clean-up and replacement a minor part on an electric stove. My fiancee and I had to unexpectedly move back across the country to tend to a sick relative and did not have a chance to do

All staff I met at Exit were great, always helpful and friendly! I never left my review after I moved out! 3 years with Exit and I didn’t have any complaints! Should have stayed, they really get things done for you. As a renter I was comfortable and knew anything I needed we got done ASAP. Hot water heater went out... next day the new one went in and I didn’t have to make but one call to the office. Thanks Exit!

Collins was very responsive and attentive to our needs and questions regarding our rental property, and the staff is pleasant and helpful. We knew that if there was ever an issue, they'd have no problem with working with us. If we ever relocate to Grants Pass again, we'll be sure to use their services!
