Throughout the entire process, he and his associate Cassandra were incredibly helpful, providing valuable advice based on their experience and maintaining clear, consistent communication from start to finish. I had a very disappointing experience working with Laura Nesmith from Colliers in Manchester, NH. We made an offer on one of her commercial listings, but she completely failed to respond in a timely manner. After submitting our offer, we heard nothing back from her until I followed up . On one occasion, she told me she would get back to us the next day after presenting our offer to the seller, but she never did. It wasn’t until I reached out again a few days later that she finally informed me the seller had accepted a different offer. I couldn’t shake the feeling that she never actually presented our offer to the seller. Her lack of communication and professionalism made the whole experience frustrating and unreliable. I would not recommend her services.

We were looking for a space to start a new business...after meeting with an agent we fell in love with the location. After that it was impossible to get them to answer a phone call or an email. After 2 weeks of no contact and several emails and phone calls back and forth I actually walked into the office to talk to the person who was "helping" us. She claimed she never received any of our emails or calls. Then she didn't even know that the property owners had a no compete clause in their agreements so we ended up not being able to lease there regardless. Come to find out that our "agent" was an assistant marketer...not an agent at all. I truly feel that the girl we were working with had NO IDEA at all what she was doing. Wasted my time. POOR CUSTORMER SERVICE!
