Management is exceptionally over-controlling and willing to falsify claims in order to side with other tennets. Very rude and incredibly slow to take care of things. The laundry room often has broken but unmarked washers or dryers, so only after you put your money in it do you know not to use it. Apparently the previous tennets made a lot of noise so even though we in particular are rather quiet, the "lady" downstairs is bent on controlling every sound we make and all but insists we tiptoe around, with the full support of management (no matter how egregious her claims). My car has gotten a tow away sticker on it, despite it being in the correct parking area. I would definitely avoid this place at all costs. Visiting friends. Clean and safe. Looks like a nice place to live.
