College Corner at the Park Apartments

Best apartment downtown Indy hands down. Nicole was the absolute best and took care of all my problems instantly. If you are looking for a place to call home move here no hesitation.

I moved into these apartments in September 2023, and I always tell people that I found an absolute DIAMOND in the rough! I literally have nothing bad to say about the apartments themselves or Nicole whatsoever, especially for the price! There are a few downsides, like no in-unit laundry... No actually, that's it. Everything else is perfect. Location, quality, very responsive and communicative maintenance, wonderful and considerate staff, the size of the buildings, along with awesome residents. If you're looking for an affordable, cute apartment in a great neighborhood, DEFENITELY have College Corner at the Park Apartments on your list!

I've stayed in these apartments for a few years and it has been great. The apartments are well maintained, the complex is safe, and the property management team is very responsive and quick to take up the few minor repairs i've had over the years.

I was one of the first residents after the complex got a renovation and it's a really great place. The apartments are beyond gorgeous with brand new everything. I've had a few minor maintenance issues but the landlord Ali bends over backwards to fix all of them within 24 hrs. He really cares about residents and has answered my texts out of office hours like one night my heater broke and it was fixed that night. Amazing complex! I do wish I was warned about the neighborhood as it is not the safest. There has been some street rowdiness at night and I don't love walking to my car at night and have gotten cat calls, but I've heard it's gotten better than before and you can't beat the price this close to downtown.

This is the BEST place to live. I was here for almost two years, very clean apt, reasonable rent and safe area. Ali and Nicole are very responsive with quick maintenance. Highly recommend it.
