Why did I live here for 7 years? One reason: the rent was cheap. Why wouldn’t I live here again? Because unless you want to feel like your own property manager—constantly dealing with problems no one else addresses—you’ll get frustrated fast. Think: laundry machines that rarely work, cockroach and fly infestations dismissed as “just nature,” and office staff who seem more interested in rent than residents. The maintenance team is helpful when called, but unfortunately, they’re not the ones making decisions—or setting priorities. The outside looks nice at first glance, but trash often piles up. Package thefts were frequent, and while they claim there are cameras, I never saw any footage help a single case. The apartments are poorly insulated, and the windows do nothing to block out heat

DO NOT DO NOT! Move here the hallways are all ways dirty, there are bugs that live in the wall and they refuse to pay for pest control.When i first moved in they did not wipe down anything and the dishwasher hasn’t been working for since i moved in.There are constant fights in the building very ghetto.Would not move here if your looking for something quite and CLEAN!!! And one more thing there is always trash in the trash area never clean and I think that’s where the bugs come from

One of the most worst customer service in the whole Los Angeles region the apartment are always dirty the hallways are always dirty it takes too long for them to fix 1 problem there's track there's trash in the parking lot everyday everywhere and when you ask for help to get your stuff fixed they tell you it's not an emergency and like I said when this video was filmed it has been already 3 days. ×××××××××××××××××××××××××× All shoes and trash on top of the shade that is where out With hose. In some places, people are either on their way up or down. This is for people who are probably going to stay where they are. Ineffective management in dealing with obnoxious tenants, but people there are decently friendly as long as you are. Poorly maintained, very bare-bones apartments, no amenities. Location in general has terrible parking regardless of time of day. Decent access to main roads and a downtown section. This is one of the most crowded sections of LA, make no mistake. 7-11, pizza, bus and fast food places within reasonable walking distance, but you should expect to own a car for a reasonable degree of convenience.

Call me crazy but plan on my response being followed up by the same feeling a rock being thrown at your head would feel like after hitting it directly in the part where the skull is the thickest. Quickly following its bouncing off that thick head which is now covered in your brow's sweat and reaking of cheap dollar store cologne is when it will rest. You'd be crazy if you are willing to stand behind any amount of stars less then a number that looks like a five. Or there is the good possibility you're not able to make enough coin to pay those bills and instead of taking responsibility for your failures in life you'd rather take the chance to enable yourself to do it again by holding the stars in yourself.
