Colinas Pointe Apartments

I "was" really excited after touring one Floorplan i liked a lot, came home and started the application right away , but in the meantime i came to read the reviews and man ...i was crushed... i could overlooked almost everything.. but the Roach infestation never. i can stand noise and once in a while electrical issue but roaches no way jose !! was too good to be true =/

My experience has been great! I’ve had multiple encounters with staff while living on property. New management is amazing and willing to go over and beyond to meet the needs of the property & units. Staff has always maintained professionalism & Martha in particular has been who keep her word & follow up in a timely manner. Being resident since 2019 I had a problem with the Kitchen counter top and bathroom. They change everything and and now my kitchen is like a brand new. Thank you Colinas Pointe Staff!!!

The worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. You’re constantly getting rid of roaches and ants. The sun constantly permeates the house, the roads are like that of a third world country, there’s potholes every corner you turn. The bath tub knob can never turn, so you’re stuck with one water temperature. The toilet doesn’t flush properly, you ask maintenance workers to fix something, they come look and go. Genuinely this apartment should be demolished asap. And don’t get me started on the leasing agents, they said if you have a guest staying more than 3 days they need to be added to the lease to register their vehicle. If I could give them 0 star, I would!

Warning: Don’t Be Fooled by theAppearances This place might look decent on the outside, but the reality is far from it. Constant issues with broken appliances Air conditioning fails when it’s needed most Water shuts off frequently without notice Old, unreliable systems throughout the unit And worst of all, a cockroach infestation that just won’t go away It feels like everything here is falling apart — and management seems more money-hungry than helpful. If you're considering living here, think twice. Behind the surface, it’s all damage, decay, and neglect. We reached out to them privately and there was no respond.

I showed up for my appointment at 1:00 p.m. on Friday August 8th and the office was closed Until 2: 30 p.m. I called the 1833 number any customer service rep was very friendly and helpful and was very confused on why they were closed. When their lunch is from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. The office being closed is horrendous customer service and shows the management does not care. They will get a second chance if they contact me if not this review will stay up
