I was interested in a few homes I had found on a Zillow App. While the Covid-19 was going on, and things were a bit uncertain with the situations of the process of buying a home, I was assigned Jordan Vorderbrueggen out of the Pullman WA office. Jordan was able to meet me in Pullman and in some rural areas. He was always very responsive and professional to any questions or concerns I had threw the whole home buying process. He helped us tremendously many different ways, which we are grateful for. I recommend Jordan and the Pullman Coldwell team for a house purchase, I had a good home buying experience, even during the Covid-19....

If you work with them, know that they are extremely disrespectful to folks inhabiting tenant-occupied properties. The property that my rental unit is located in is up for sale by this agency. One of the brokers (Stephanie Clark) who's been scheduling showings has been incredibly rude and inconsiderate. They've insisted on scheduling in-person showings in my home despite my request that they rely on a video walk-through given the fact that I have asthma (which places me at somewhat greater risk for contracting covid), as well as the fact that my apartment now doubles as my office and being interrupted by strangers entering my workspace is extremely disruptive and intrusive. They got in touch with my landlord (Remax, also extremely rude) who is now trying to say that me not allowing in-pers

Patti was very patient and helpful guiding me through my first time buying a house. The rest of the staff were great, too. Recommended!
