I wouldn’t recommend this real-estate agency. This review is for Samuel Rivera who had an active listing on Zillow for a condo in Verona. I tried to reach him by calls, texts and Voicemails. Never ever responded over a week. Another week went by and listing became under contract. If you are a professional realtor you should’ve responded a potential buyer. At least you could let me know there is a pending offer. Not professional at all. Not respecting a potential customer.

I recently sold my home, I gave my relator, Mitzell Ewing and his co relator Giselle a tough assignment to sell a house with a power line in my backyard. He listed my house properly to avoid time wasters, he got me 20k over asking, however we had a difficult buyer and dishonest relator on the other side. Mitzell and the attorney he recommended went above and beyond to ensure I would not be ripped off by my buyer. I am grateful and hope others would benefit from his kindness and expertise, Well done!

The real estate agent Joesph Defalco listed false information on a single family home that is up for sale. I had called the main office to complain and they did not change the misleading information or remove it from the NJ MLS. I had wasted three days of my life trying to purchase this home. Thank god another real estate agent warned me that the home was in a flood zone area. Do yourself a favor and find another real estate agent or use another Coldwell office.
