Coldwell Banker Realty - Sudbury

TLDR: Laura Semple and Beth Hettrich were uncommunicative, recalcitrant and pugnaciousness to deal with. They made my mother feel small and stupid during the loss of her own mother. Would not recommend using them. My mother met Beth Hettrich a year ago in October to see if Coldwell Banker Realty would be able to sell my declining Grandmother's house. She was the 4th realtor my mother interviewed. She seemed kind and competent so my mother signed the contract. It could not have been a less true experience. Laura Semple is the opposite of Beth. She is not kind nor understanding and to be frank seemed more of a bully than anything else. The red flags began piling in. They held open houses without notifying my mother. They left doors open/unlocked and trash in the house after these open hou

The Semple and Hettrich team is excellent. They came in with a clear plan, brought resources in to help us execute it quickly (de-clutter, high-end photography, marketing, etc), communicated exceptionally well, and sold our house before the open house. They are experienced, wise, and great communicators, and they are the first experience I’ve had with real estate agents who competently guided the entire process. They are in a different league from all the other real estate professionals I’ve dealt with across MetroWest the past 20 years.

I contacted Yoshi about a house I was interested in seeing and she called me back very quickly and was able to set up an appointment at my earliest convenience. She was on time, and good natured, helpful and patient through my tour (and such a beautiful property!).

Anne-M*** Santiago G****** is the worst real-estate agent we have every met! Very rude and pushy. She knows NOTHING about the communities she is trying to sell (push) houses in. I suggest trying someone else instead!

Beth ******** and Laura ****** are not only the worst brokers ever, but some of the most nasty and rude people we have ever had to deal with. AVOID COLDWELL BANKER AT ALL COSTS.
