The Apartments at Cold Brook Crossing

I am finishing up my first year living at Cold Brook Crossing and it has been everything I hoped it would be. It is a community filled with great neighbors which makes all of the events they host I fun way to spend an evening. The staff is all great and helpful whenever I have needed anything. And Danielle always has a welcoming smile or wave that helps make it feel like home.

Cold Brook Crossing has such a great community, and offers many great events. Danielle, our resident manager, does a wonderful job organizing gatherings for the residents. The entire staff is wonderful… what a great place to live in a wonderful setting!!

Cold Brook Crossing apartments are considerate in design and community. Comments made by my guests orient to the large windows which enable plenty of light and panoramic views. An attraction for me are activities on option around White Pond Reservation. The satellite community is ‘hello wave’ friendly and private. The surrounding sidewalks keep us routine walkers healthy and dogs happy. Shout out to Mark and Sean, the in-house maintenance team for keeping the two buildings remarkable.

Danielle is amazing. Super helpful, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience much better just by being herself. She’s professional, but with a warmth and charm that you don’t come across often. If you get the chance to work with her, you’re in good hands.

The office closed down the dog park, which is considered an amenity, and there has been no rent reduction done due to the amenity not being available to the residences. Also, the Office is falsely accusing residence Of different things that could possibly get them evicted with no proof. That is unlawful and not just. I moved in less than six months ago and I am looking to move out. These false allegations make residents feel unsafe in their home.
