I had a terrible experience with the Coldwell Banker Spring Lake office. My real estate agent was repeatedly lied to by both their broker Robert White and one of their agents Pamela Farmer. The agent in question represented the seller—and then brought in a buyer through a backdoor deal, lying to us throughout the process. This was not just unprofessional but also raised serious questions about their ethics and honesty. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this agency. Their behavior was the worst I’ve encountered in real estate, and I would not trust them again.

My wife and I decided to move and take our time finding our forever home. We wanted to get a winter rental near the beach that allows dogs. Kristen was very helpful and responsive to our questions, always calling or emailing immediately. She was persistent in finding places that were within our range. Kristen was a big help and we were able to find our temporary home! We would recommend Kristen to anyone!

Tricia Beam received a listing in Our neighborhood. The seller inherited the property after several family members passed away. The seller is handicapped and unable to take care of the property. It’s fallen into considerable disrepair with trees down in the front yard and the grass grown to over four feet. When I reached out to Ms. Beam, she told me it wasn’t her responsibility to maintain the property. Legally, she is correct. Morally, she is not. When I disclosed I was maintaining the lawn prior to her getting the listing, she said that she too paid for service prior to receiving the listing. Had the displeasure of interacting with a Sam (Samir) Stankovic. Maybe interacting is an overstatement. The most unresponsive and least helpful realtor I have dealt with thus far. Apparently he moonlights as one and uses it as a side hustle. Would avoid this location solely based on that.
