Disappointed would be an understatement when working with Darren McGovern at Coldwell Banker. The negligence and lack of confidentiality shown was unacceptable. Additionally, Adrienne Murphy’s (VP) level of professionalism was shocking when we asked for her assistance with Darren and copy of the confidentiality policy. As young first time home buyers it definitely felt like they were trying to take advantage of us and expecting us to be naive throughout the process. Additionally, Darren sells himself by promoting that his clients are able to use his box truck on their moving day, however, once the papers were signed we were unable to get ahold of him. Luckily we were able to get a UHaul at the very last second. I would recommend utilizing a different realtor/broker.

Jeremy Frantz is an excellent Realtor. He works around the clock helping my wife and I find the home of our dreams. He responds to our constant barrage of texts and emails as new homes come on the market and he uses his slew of contacts to immediately setup viewings within 24 hours- exactly what you need in this crazy sellers' market where homes are on and off the market in under 48 hours. He is sincere and not afraid to share his opinions where we need them most. I highly recommend Jeremy to everyone from first time home buyers to golden age buyers looking to downsize. I was disappointed by my realtor. He did not seem to put our interests as his client in front of his desire to sell the house and get his paycheck. I feel like we were misinformed every step of the way and always behind the seller for information. I would recommend that you utilize a different realtor.
