I contacted this office since I have used Coldwell Banker in my home state. I spoke with Ryan Caviness and told him the dates my wife and I would be in the area and the homes we were interested in seeing. We flew into the area and was disappointed to learn on our first day that he had no appointments set and needed to contact the other agents to set the appointments. We waisted two days of our trip waiting for appointments to be set. When I confronted Ryan about my wasted time, he became combative and aggressive and took no responsibility for his errors. We flew back home not seeing all the homes we wanted and now need to spend the money to return, but will not be with RYAN CAVINESS!

Kelby Rendiero helped me accomplish my dream of moving to Florida with ease. She found a condo that fit my needs and made it an easy transition to the management group we would soon have to deal with. Will most certainly go to her when I look for a home. 10/10. Avoid Gwen Martin at all costs. Do not work with any of the insurance agents or companies she recommends. I trusted Gwen to provide sound advice during my closing process including the insurance agent she recommended who is signing policies with Tower Hill, a company who is in the Florida courts for fraud and racketeering.

Just worked with Gwen Martin for the very first time and she was amazing! She was extremely attentive and enjoyable to work with. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
