Any time we had a question, our agents were quick to respond with a detailed answer. Everything went very smoothly. We had a hiccup with our closing date due to our lender - absolutely no fault of the realtors - and they were very quick and efficient at getting everything rescheduled at the last minute. A sour economy is one thing, but a shady realtor is inexcusable! We expected to take a loss when we sold our property, but we didn't expect our listing agent to give us bad advice, brush our concerns aside, and then pad her commission.
