I had a very disappointing experience working with Shelby Johnston. She failed to deliver my offers as requested and even altered my instructions, which completely undermined my trust in her as a realtor. She continued to contact me for four months afterward, despite not scheduling tours or submitting my offers as promised. This behavior felt harassing and unprofessional. God bless her heart, but shame on realtors in this market who operate this way. I would not recommend working with her if you are looking for someone reliable and professional.

Had a series of difficult interactions with Morales’ team located at Coldwell banker in Richardson. In our experience the lack of professionalism and honest communication from the Morales team at this selling process much more challenging than it needed it to be due to both misinformation and lack of representation in various forms . Did not follow through on several agreements until we had no choice but to reach out to manager and brokerage. Which included leaving trash on the property afterwards for 6 days after closing timeline. Morales had communicated she would be arranging for this to be picked up yet did not follow through. Submitted an application online for a property for lease ($45 non-refundable fee). Got an email a few days later saying that I had been approved with a double deposit. Very expensive, but I had just sold my house and needed to move asap. I immediately returned her email asking for next steps. Nothing. Called multiple times, nothing. My agent called her and she accepted that call, and Monica from the application department told my agent that multiple applicants had been approved and whoever got their deposits to them first would get the house (horrible way to treat people). I was on my way to get the cashier's check required for the deposits and got another barely coherent email saying that she had made a mistake and my application had NOT been approved. Terrible service, unresponsive, hard to get ahold of. Very unprofessional experience - Do not recommend this company to sell your home.

I hired a Coldwell realtor who was very dishonest. She stated she lived in McKinney. She did not. She stated she knew Stonebridge. She did not. She worked from this Plano location part time even though she said she was a full time realtor. We had trouble with the timing of our closing but she did nothing to help us. We looked at a new home with her but she never told us we had the option to revise our bid. I've spoken with other Coldwell Realtors but haven't felt any of them were honest or would work to represent us.
