From start to finish Michael was there. He was patient, responsive and professional. When I had a question he took the time to explain it until I understood. He was also transparent in everything, so there would not be a misunderstanding . One thing that he said was thank you for your trust and that really sticked with me. Sometimes you don’t know who to trust especially when it’s such a big purchase, I’ve heard so many bad stories of realtors and was scared to start looking for a realtor. But I’m glad it was Michael he is knowledgeable in his field and not once did he make me feel stupid for asking a question. Recently started looking into selling our current home to buy a property in this area. I'd simply filled out some info on zillow for a property we were interested in seeing, and was immediately contacted by Sarah Hooker. We bought our current home on shortsale and have never had to work with a realtor before/do not know the full process. I WAS told to get a pre-approval letter, but it was not explained to me that it would be required in order to see the property we were interested in looking at.
