Terrible experience. Our first agent here, it is my understanding, sold a place, which we were interested in, to her mother-in-law, without even notifying us that it went back on the market. Then, she told us she went on vacation when she didnt, and finally passed us off to another agent. The second agent, it seemed to me, that once in escrow, was working for the seller moreso than us. It was like the twilight zone. All in all, I look at it as wasted time filled with frustration in dealing with our own agent. I am very reserved in my poor reviews... this experience happened over two years ago. And with a cool head, I can say that I would never use this office again, and they are the one office I would vocally recommend against.

Great agents in this office, Debbie Krogman is my agent and I wouldn't dream about making a real estate transaction in the area without her.
