Coldwell Banker Elite Real Estate Company Stafford Office

I had a great experience with the agent Melissa Butler, who we used to obtain a new rental home. She was very communicative, easygoing and a fun person. She made the process very easy. We met at the Elite office on aa Saturday to turn in paperwork. The office was very warm and inviting. Nicely furnished as well as functional. It was easy to get to and has plenty of parking with well a kept exterior.

I will never use Coldwell Banker (especially this location) ever again for any home renting or buying needs. Unfortunately I have nothing but negative things to say about the operations of this facility across the 3 occasions I have dealt with them. I could write a full review of all 3 bad encounters, but who really wants to read all that. The major flaw with this group is a lack of communication and non-responsiveness unless you personally call them repeatedly. I have had wonderful experiences with realtors in other states and with Redfin. I cant say the same thing about this group.

Had a few questions about real estate inventory in our area. Met with Abby and she gave me her assessment of real estate in the area. She asked and I agreed that she would send me listings meeting our criteria periodically. Once we make a decision about selling and buying another home we'd be happy to work with Abby.

We are convinced that Brenda Dayfield is the best Realtor in Virginia, because of how she worked on our behalf.
