Coldwater Ridge of Northville

We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Toll Brothers. My boyfriend and I purchased a condo, and just three days after signing, we requested a few minor interior changes. Although the exterior had already been completed, construction on the interior had not yet begun. We asked to make simple updates such as changing countertops, flooring color, and hardware, and we were fully willing to pay any additional costs. Despite this, we were told that no changes could be made whatsoever. This response was both surprising and frustrating, especially given how early in the process our request was made.
