Stay away from this place. Management runs a scam keeping your deposit dollars for repair items that were documented on the move in date. The place is dirty and things that need repair take forever if they are ever repaired. The worst thing is all roommates are charged for repairs in rooms they never entered during the lease period. Do yourself a favor and find a location managed by reasonable people.
Management is great. Property personally maintenance and managed by the landlord. You can access him or anyone else that works for management easily. Great people and nice appliances(microwave is pretty old though), granite, hardwood, ect. This place is a hidden treasure. Great place to live.
Can anyone help me with the number of the leasing office? My brother loved living here and I really want to rent an apartment. Thanks!
