I spent all spring and summer working with Scott and his team to secure a spot in his new development with the LaMacchia/ Cobalt group. At the last minute after thousands of dollars in architect, interior designer and attorney fees he said the space we had agreed on was now not available. He then proceeded to show us a different space and he said we could have either 2800 or 2500sf of the new location. Again after paying for architects to draw up plans he changed the configuration and amount of the available space. In all my years in business and real estate, I have never encountered anyone who is less honest and trust worthy.The reason I have taken the time to write this review is because I would hate for anyone else to encounter the same experience as we did.
